89. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
90. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
91. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
92. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
93. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
94. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
95. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
96. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
97. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
98. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
99. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
100. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
101. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
102. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
103. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
104. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
105. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
106. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
107. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
108. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
109. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
110. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
111. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
112. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
113. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
114. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
115. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
116. as of the date such litigation is filed.
117. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
118. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
119. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
120. meet the following conditions:
121. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
122. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
123. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
124. stating that You changed the files; and
125. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
126. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
127. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
128. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
129. the Derivative Works; and
130. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
131. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
132. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
133. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
134. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
135. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
136. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
137. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
138. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
139. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
140. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
141. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
142. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
143. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
144. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
145. as modifying the License.
146. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
147. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
148. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
149. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
150. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
151. the conditions stated in this License.
152. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
153. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
154. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
155. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
156. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
157. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
158. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
159. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
160. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
161. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
162. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
163. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
164. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
165. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
166. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
167. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
168. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
169. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
170. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
171. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
172. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
173. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
174. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
175. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
176. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
177. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
178. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
179. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
180. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
181. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
182. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
183. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
184. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
185. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
186. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
187. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
188. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
189. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
190. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
191. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
192. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

627. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
628. 1. Definitions.
629. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
630. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
631. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
632. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
633. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
634. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
635. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
636. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
637. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
638. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
639. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
640. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
641. exercising permissions granted by this License.
642. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
643. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
644. source, and configuration files.
645. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
646. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
647. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
648. and conversions to other media types.
649. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
650. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
651. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
652. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
653. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
654. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
655. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
656. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
657. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
658. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
659. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
660. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
661. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
662. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
663. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
664. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
665. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
666. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
667. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
668. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
669. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
670. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
671. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
672. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
673. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
674. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
675. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
676. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
677. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
678. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
679. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
680. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
681. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
682. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
683. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
684. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
685. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
686. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
687. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
688. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
689. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
690. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
691. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
692. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
693. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
694. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
695. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
696. as of the date such litigation is filed.
697. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
698. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
699. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
700. meet the following conditions:
701. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
702. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
703. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
704. stating that You changed the files; and
705. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
706. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
707. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
708. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
709. the Derivative Works; and
710. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
711. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
712. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
713. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
714. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
715. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
716. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
717. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
718. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
719. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
720. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
721. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
722. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
723. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
724. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
725. as modifying the License.
726. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
727. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
728. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
729. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
730. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
731. the conditions stated in this License.
732. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
733. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
734. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
735. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
736. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
737. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
738. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
739. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
740. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
741. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
742. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
743. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
744. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
745. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
746. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
747. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
748. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
749. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
750. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
751. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
752. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
753. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
754. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
755. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
756. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
757. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
758. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
759. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
760. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
761. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
762. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
763. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
764. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
765. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
766. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
767. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
768. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
769. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
770. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
771. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
772. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
773. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
774. APPENDIX: How to apply the Apache License to your work.

808. 1. Definitions.
809. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
810. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
811. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
812. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
813. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
814. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
815. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
816. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
817. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
818. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the

820. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
821. exercising permissions granted by this License.
822. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
823. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
824. source, and configuration files.
825. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
826. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
827. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
828. and conversions to other media types.
829. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
830. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
831. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
832. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
833. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
834. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
835. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
836. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
837. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
838. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
839. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
840. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
841. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
842. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
843. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
844. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
845. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
846. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
847. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
848. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,

852. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
853. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
854. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
855. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
856. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of

862. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
863. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,

868. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
869. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
870. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
871. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
872. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
873. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
874. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
875. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate

879. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
880. meet the following conditions:
881. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
882. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
883. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
884. stating that You changed the files; and
885. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
886. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
887. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
888. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
889. the Derivative Works; and
890. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
891. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
892. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
893. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
894. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
895. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
896. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
897. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
898. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
899. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
900. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
901. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
902. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
903. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
904. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
905. as modifying the License.
906. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
907. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
908. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
909. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
910. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
911. the conditions stated in this License.
912. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
913. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
914. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
915. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
916. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
917. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
918. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
919. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
920. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
921. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
922. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
923. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
924. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
925. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
926. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
927. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
928. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
929. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
930. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any

941. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
942. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
943. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing

987. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
988. 1. Definitions.
989. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
990. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
991. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
992. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
993. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
994. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
995. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
996. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
997. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
998. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
999. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1000. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1001. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1002. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1003. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
1004. source, and configuration files.
1005. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1006. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1007. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1008. and conversions to other media types.
1009. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1010. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1011. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1012. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1013. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1014. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1015. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1016. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1017. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1018. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1019. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1020. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1021. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1022. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1023. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1024. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1025. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1026. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1027. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1028. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1029. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1030. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1031. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1032. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1033. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1034. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1035. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1036. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1037. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1038. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1039. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1040. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1041. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1042. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1043. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1044. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1045. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1046. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1047. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1048. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1049. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1050. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1051. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1052. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1053. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1054. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1055. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1056. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1057. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1058. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1059. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1060. meet the following conditions:
1061. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1062. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1063. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1064. stating that You changed the files; and
1065. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1066. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1067. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1068. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1069. the Derivative Works; and
1070. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1071. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1072. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1073. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1074. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1075. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1076. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1077. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1078. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1079. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1080. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1081. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1082. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1083. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1084. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1085. as modifying the License.
1086. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1087. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1088. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1089. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1090. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1091. the conditions stated in this License.
1092. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1093. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1094. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1095. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1096. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1097. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1098. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1099. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1100. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1101. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1102. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1103. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1104. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1105. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1106. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1107. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1108. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A

1110. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1111. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1112. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1113. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1114. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1115. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1116. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1117. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1118. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1119. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1120. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1121. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1122. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1123. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1124. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1125. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1126. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1127. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only

1130. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1131. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1132. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1364. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
1365. 1. Definitions.
1366. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1367. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1368. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1369. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1370. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1371. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1372. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1373. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1374. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1375. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1376. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1377. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1378. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1379. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1380. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
1381. source, and configuration files.
1382. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1383. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1384. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1385. and conversions to other media types.
1386. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1387. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1388. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1389. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1390. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1391. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1392. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1393. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1394. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1395. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1396. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1397. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1398. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1399. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1400. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1401. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1402. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1403. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1404. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1405. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1406. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1407. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1408. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1409. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1410. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1411. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1412. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1413. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1414. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1415. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1416. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1417. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1418. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1419. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1420. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1421. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1422. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1423. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1424. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1425. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1426. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1427. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1428. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1429. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1430. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1431. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1432. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1433. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1434. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1435. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1436. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1437. meet the following conditions:
1438. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1439. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1440. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1441. stating that You changed the files; and
1442. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1443. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1444. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1445. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1446. the Derivative Works; and
1447. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1448. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1449. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1450. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1451. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1452. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1453. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1454. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1455. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1456. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1457. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1458. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1459. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1460. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1461. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1462. as modifying the License.
1463. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1464. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1465. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1466. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1467. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1468. the conditions stated in this License.
1469. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1470. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1471. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1472. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1473. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1474. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1475. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1476. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1477. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1478. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1479. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1480. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1481. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1482. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1483. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1484. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1485. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A

1487. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1488. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1489. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1490. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1491. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1492. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1493. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1494. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1495. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1496. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1497. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1498. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1499. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1500. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1501. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1502. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1503. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1504. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1505. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1506. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1507. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1508. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1509. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1751. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
1752. 1. Definitions.
1753. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1754. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1755. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1756. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1757. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1758. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1759. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1760. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1761. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1762. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1763. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1764. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1765. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1766. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1767. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
1768. source, and configuration files.
1769. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1770. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1771. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1772. and conversions to other media types.
1773. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1774. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1775. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1776. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1777. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1778. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1779. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1780. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1781. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1782. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1783. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1784. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1785. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1786. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1787. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1788. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1789. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1790. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1791. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1792. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1793. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1794. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1795. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1796. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1797. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1798. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1799. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1800. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1801. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1802. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1803. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1804. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1805. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1806. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1807. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1808. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1809. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1810. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1811. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1812. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1813. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1814. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1815. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1816. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1817. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1818. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1819. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1820. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1821. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1822. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1823. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1824. meet the following conditions:
1825. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1826. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1827. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1828. stating that You changed the files; and
1829. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1830. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1831. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1832. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1833. the Derivative Works; and
1834. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1835. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1836. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1837. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1838. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1839. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1840. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1841. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1842. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1843. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1844. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1845. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1846. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1847. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1848. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1849. as modifying the License.
1850. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1851. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1852. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1853. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1854. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1855. the conditions stated in this License.
1856. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1857. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1858. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1859. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1860. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1861. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1862. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1863. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1864. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1865. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1866. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1867. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1868. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1869. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1870. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1871. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1872. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1873. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1874. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1875. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1876. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1877. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1878. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1879. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1880. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1881. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1882. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1883. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1884. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1885. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1886. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1887. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1888. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1889. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1890. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1891. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1892. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1893. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1894. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1895. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1896. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

2144. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2145. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2146. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2147. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
2148. source, and configuration files.
2149. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2150. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2151. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2152. and conversions to other media types.
2153. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2154. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2155. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2156. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2157. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2158. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2159. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2160. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2161. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2162. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2163. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2164. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2165. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2166. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2167. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2168. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2169. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2170. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2171. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2172. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2173. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2174. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2175. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2176. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2177. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2178. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2179. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2180. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2181. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2182. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2183. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2184. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2185. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2186. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2187. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2188. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2189. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2190. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2191. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2192. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2193. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2194. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2195. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2196. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2197. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2198. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2199. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2200. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2201. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2202. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2203. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
2204. meet the following conditions:
2205. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2206. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2207. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2208. stating that You changed the files; and
2209. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2210. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2211. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2212. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
2213. the Derivative Works; and
2214. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2215. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2216. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2217. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2218. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2219. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2220. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2221. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2222. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2223. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2224. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2225. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2226. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2227. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2228. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
2229. as modifying the License.
2230. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2231. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2232. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2233. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2234. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2235. the conditions stated in this License.
2236. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2237. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2238. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2239. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2240. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2241. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2242. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2243. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
2244. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
2245. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
2246. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
2247. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
2248. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
2249. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
2250. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
2251. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
2252. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
2253. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
2254. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
2255. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
2256. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
2257. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2258. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2259. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2260. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2261. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2262. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2263. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2264. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2265. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2266. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2267. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2268. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2269. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
2270. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
2271. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
2272. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
2273. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
2274. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
2275. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
2276. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
2277. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2278. APPENDIX: How to apply the Apache License to your work.

2316. Comment from
2317. <a href="http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Crack_prevention">iPhone Dev Wiki
2318. Crack Prevention</a>: App Store binaries are signed by both their developer
2319. and Apple. This encrypts the binary so that decryption keys are needed in order
2320. to make the binary readable. When iOS executes the binary, the decryption keys
2321. are used to decrypt the binary into a readable state where it is then loaded
2322. into memory and executed. iOS can tell the encryption status of a binary via the
2323. cryptid structure member of LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO MachO load command. If cryptid is
2324. a non-zero value then the binary is encrypted.
2325. 'Cracking' works by letting the kernel decrypt the binary then siphoning the
2326. decrypted data into a new binary file, resigning, and repackaging. This will
2327. only work on jailbroken devices as codesignature validation has been removed.
2328. Resigning takes place because while the codesignature doesn't have to be valid
2329. thanks to the jailbreak, it does have to be in place unless you have AppSync or
2330. similar to disable codesignature checks.

2824. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
2825. 1. Definitions.
2826. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
2827. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
2828. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
2829. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
2830. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
2831. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
2832. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
2833. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
2834. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
2835. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
2836. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
2837. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2838. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2839. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2840. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
2841. source, and configuration files.
2842. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2843. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2844. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2845. and conversions to other media types.
2846. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2847. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2848. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2849. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2850. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2851. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2852. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2853. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2854. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2855. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2856. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2857. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2858. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2859. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2860. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2861. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2862. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2863. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2864. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2865. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2866. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2867. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2868. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2869. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2870. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2871. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2872. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2873. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2874. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2875. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2876. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2877. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2878. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2879. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2880. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
2881. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2882. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2883. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2884. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2885. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2886. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2887. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2888. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2889. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2890. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2891. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2892. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2893. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2894. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2895. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2896. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
2897. meet the following conditions:
2898. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2899. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2900. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2901. stating that You changed the files; and
2902. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2903. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2904. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2905. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
2906. the Derivative Works; and
2907. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2908. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2909. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2910. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2911. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2912. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2913. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2914. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2915. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2916. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2917. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2918. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2919. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2920. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2921. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
2922. as modifying the License.
2923. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2924. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions

2926. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2927. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with

2929. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2930. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2931. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2932. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2933. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2934. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed

2950. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2951. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2952. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2953. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2954. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2955. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2956. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2957. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2958. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2959. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2960. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2961. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2962. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
2963. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this

3100. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
3101. 1. Definitions.
3102. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
3103. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
3104. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
3105. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
3106. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
3107. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
3108. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
3109. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
3110. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
3111. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
3112. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
3113. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
3114. exercising permissions granted by this License.
3115. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
3116. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
3117. source, and configuration files.
3118. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
3119. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
3120. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
3121. and conversions to other media types.
3122. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
3123. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
3124. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
3125. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
3126. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
3127. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
3128. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
3129. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
3130. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
3131. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
3132. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
3133. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
3134. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
3135. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
3136. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
3137. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
3138. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
3139. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
3140. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
3141. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
3142. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
3143. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
3144. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
3145. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
3146. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
3147. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
3148. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
3149. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3150. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3151. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3152. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
3153. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
3154. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
3155. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3156. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3157. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3158. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
3159. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
3160. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
3161. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
3162. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
3163. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
3164. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
3165. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
3166. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
3167. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
3168. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
3169. as of the date such litigation is filed.
3170. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
3171. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
3172. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
3173. meet the following conditions:
3174. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
3175. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
3176. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
3177. stating that You changed the files; and
3178. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
3179. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
3180. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
3181. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
3182. the Derivative Works; and
3183. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
3184. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
3185. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
3186. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
3187. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
3188. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
3189. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
3190. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
3191. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
3192. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
3193. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
3194. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
3195. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
3196. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
3197. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
3198. as modifying the License.
3199. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
3200. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
3201. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
3202. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
3203. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
3204. the conditions stated in this License.
3205. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
3206. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
3207. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
3208. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
3209. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
3210. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
3211. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
3212. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
3213. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
3214. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
3215. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
3216. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or

3218. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,

3226. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
3227. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
3228. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
3229. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
3230. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
3231. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
3232. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
3233. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
3234. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
3235. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3236. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
3237. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,

3322. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
3323. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
3324. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
3325. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
3326. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
3327. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
3328. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
3329. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3330. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3331. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3332. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
3333. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
3334. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
3335. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3336. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3337. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3338. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
3339. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
3340. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
3341. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
3342. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
3343. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
3344. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
3345. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
3346. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
3347. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
3348. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
3349. as of the date such litigation is filed.
3350. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
3351. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
3352. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
3353. meet the following conditions:
3354. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
3355. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
3356. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
3357. stating that You changed the files; and
3358. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
3359. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
3360. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
3361. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
3362. the Derivative Works; and
3363. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
3364. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
3365. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
3366. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
3367. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
3368. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
3369. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
3370. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
3371. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
3372. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
3373. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
3374. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
3375. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
3376. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
3377. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
3378. as modifying the License.
3379. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
3380. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
3381. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
3382. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
3383. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
3384. the conditions stated in this License.
3385. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
3386. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
3387. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
3388. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
3389. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
3390. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
3391. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
3392. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
3393. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
3394. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
3395. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
3396. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
3397. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
3398. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
3399. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
3400. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
3401. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
3402. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
3403. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
3404. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
3405. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
3406. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
3407. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
3408. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
3409. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
3410. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
3411. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
3412. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
3413. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
3414. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
3415. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3416. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
3417. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
3418. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
3419. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
3420. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
3421. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
3422. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
3423. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
3424. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
3425. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

3489. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
3490. 1. Definitions.
3491. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
3492. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
3493. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
3494. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
3495. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
3496. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
3497. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
3498. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
3499. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
3500. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
3501. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
3502. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
3503. exercising permissions granted by this License.
3504. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
3505. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
3506. source, and configuration files.
3507. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
3508. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
3509. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
3510. and conversions to other media types.
3511. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
3512. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
3513. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
3514. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
3515. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
3516. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
3517. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
3518. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
3519. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
3520. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
3521. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
3522. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
3523. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
3524. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
3525. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
3526. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
3527. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
3528. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
3529. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
3530. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
3531. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
3532. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
3533. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
3534. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
3535. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
3536. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
3537. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
3538. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3539. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3540. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3541. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
3542. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
3543. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
3544. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
3545. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
3546. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
3547. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
3548. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
3549. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
3550. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
3551. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
3552. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
3553. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
3554. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
3555. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
3556. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
3557. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
3558. as of the date such litigation is filed.
3559. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
3560. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
3561. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
3562. meet the following conditions:
3563. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
3564. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
3565. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
3566. stating that You changed the files; and
3567. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
3568. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
3569. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
3570. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
3571. the Derivative Works; and
3572. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
3573. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
3574. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
3575. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
3576. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
3577. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
3578. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
3579. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
3580. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
3581. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
3582. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
3583. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
3584. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
3585. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
3586. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
3587. as modifying the License.
3588. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
3589. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
3590. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
3591. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
3592. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
3593. the conditions stated in this License.
3594. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
3595. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
3596. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
3597. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
3598. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
3599. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
3600. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
3601. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade

3605. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or

3614. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
3615. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
3616. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
3617. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
3618. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
3619. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
3620. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
3621. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
3622. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
3623. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
